Shalimar Restaurant was founded in 1960 by Abdul Rahman, born of a gentle belief that food, when prepared with sincerity, becomes a language of love. Along the tranquil shores of Alibag, a humble kitchen took shape where the sea set the rhythm, fires burned unhurried, and meals were crafted with patience and soul.
